By accessing or using DineLogic AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

DineLogic provides restaurant customer engagement tools including automated review requests, guest messaging, loyalty programs, and analytics. The Service is designed to help restaurants increase reviews, repeat visits, and customer engagement.

Account Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not use the Service for spam or unsolicited messages

Messaging Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our messaging features complies with all applicable laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR where applicable. You must obtain proper consent from recipients before sending messages through our platform.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our 30-day guarantee. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Limitation of Liability

DineLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
