No. Guests interact through QR codes and text messages. Nothing to download.

Negative feedback is sent privately to you, not posted publicly. Positive feedback is guided to Google, Yelp, or TripAdvisor. This helps protect your reputation.

Will this annoy my guests with too many texts?

No. Messages are timed, limited, and respectful. Guests can opt out anytime. We also protect message quality so texts do not feel spammy.

How long does it take to get started?
